🔷 Job Description
As FORGESAN continues to grow in international markets, we are looking for a CRM / Sales Operations Specialist to structure, manage, and optimize our sales processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer data, tracking RFQs and quotations, and ensuring a well-organized and efficient sales pipeline. You will work closely with sales, engineering, and management teams to improve visibility, conversion rates, and overall sales performance.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM system (customer data, leads, RFQs, quotations)
Track all incoming RFQs and ensure timely follow-up
Monitor quotation status and support conversion to orders
Build and manage sales pipeline and reporting dashboards
Coordinate between sales, engineering, and production teams
Analyze sales performance, lead sources, and conversion rates
Improve sales processes and implement best practices
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all systems
Support digital lead generation activities (LinkedIn, Europages, etc.)
🔷 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CRM, sales operations, or similar roles
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Advanced Excel and data management skills
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and coordination abilities
Detail-oriented and process-driven mindset

Experience in manufacturing or industrial sector
Familiarity with RFQ and quotation processes
Experience in B2B sales operations
Knowledge of ERP systems
Understanding of international markets
