🔷 Job Description
As FORGESAN continues to expand its global footprint, we are looking for a Global Supply Chain Specialist to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations in line with international standards.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient material flow from sourcing to final delivery, balancing cost, quality, and lead time while supporting our global customers with reliable and on-time performance.
🔷 Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations
Plan and coordinate material flow (raw materials, WIP, finished goods)
Oversee international logistics and shipment processes (EXW, FOB, FCA, DDP, etc.)
Coordinate transportation, customs clearance, and freight operations
Monitor and improve supplier performance
Manage inventory levels and optimize stock efficiency
Track delivery performance and ensure on-time shipments
Collaborate closely with production, procurement, and sales teams
Analyze logistics costs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
🔷 Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
Strong knowledge of international trade and logistics processes
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Experience with ERP / MRP systems
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)

Experience in sheet metal, manufacturing, or automotive industry
Familiarity with European logistics and export operations
Knowledge of Incoterms and customs regulations
Experience with Lean Supply Chain, Kanban, or JIT systems
